This presentation will begin with a review of the natural history of cerebral cavernous malformations (CCMs). It will then examine recent publications that synthesize the currently available evidence on the efficacy and outcomes of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) for hemorrhagic CCMs. Finally, the presentation will discuss outcomes of SRS in patients with CCMs presenting with epilepsy.
