As we rotate our presence from continent to continent, we will favor proposals from locations outside Europe and the Americas. If you are interested in submitting a bid and presenting your city to the ISRS as a potential location to hold the ISRS congress in 2026, please take into account the following criteria:
- All candidates must be members of the ISRS
- All bids should include a detailed provisional budget with several hypotheses in terms of attendance (average, high and lowest case scenario)
- The candidates must not contract with any local PCO
Notices of intent and complete proposals should be received within the deadlines mentioned on page 3 of the attached document.
