This presentation will start with a review of the natural history of dural arteriovenous fistulas (dAVFs) and associated morbidity and mortality. We will then review the recent ISRS publication that synthesized currently available data on outcomes following SRS for dural AVFs and clinical practice recommendations. We will then conclude the session with patient cases of dAVFs treated with SRS and specific treatment planning considerations.
