A review of current indications and future directions for stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) in primary and metastatic gynecologic cancers

This session will review applications of stereotactic body radiotherapy in primary and metastatic gynecologic cancers. The use of SBRT boost in the primary setting for cervical and recurrent endometrial cancer patients who are not candidates for intracavitary/interstitial brachytherapy will be reviewed. Existing literature in SBRT for oligometastatic and oligoprogressive gynecologic cancers will be discussed, as well as potential future directions for SBRT in the context of the changing systemic therapy landscape.
