Stereotactic radiotherapy is commonly utilized as metastasis directed therapy, with the aim to optimize local control, progression free survival, and in some instances even overall survival. In this presentation, we will review the most up to date evidence in this space, while also highlighting higher-risk scenarios for toxicity.
